Wish I had read the reviews before…
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering two chests of drawers in September. After ordering I was informed that it would be a 6 weeks wait not 2/4. Waited patiently, nothing. Emailed got excuses, phoned got more excuses and I believed them. Last week I had had enough and canceled my order and asked for a refund, and they said that I will take time to return my money, and I believed them. I hope that I won't have to start phoning again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I put an order in 26 weeks ago, never turned up and no explanation. Phoned them to be told it is not in stock so I paid extra for a different option. Also never showed up and have been waiting several months for a refund. Currently considering small claims (as another customer has mentioned!). Awful if people have no furniture for all that time and wasted 100s of pounds. *AVOID*

Rock bottom customer service
Rock bottom customer service, cancelled the order and asked for money back. Been waiting for 3 months for original 3 week delivery. Still dont know when it will be delivered and neither do they. Would give 0 stars but cant.

One star as zero wasn't an option
One star as zero wasn't an option. As with most reviews ordered furniture with promise of delivery before Christmas. Needless to say no furniture and no contact or replies to attempted communication. Not even answering the phones now. Luckily payed by PayPal and received refund today.
AVOID at all costs, can't see this company surviving with this level of service.

Avoid-if they answer your messages will try to drag you along as long as possible
Time frame of order to getting forced refund by bank 8August - 23December .Meant to of been delivered in 5weeks. After going back and forth lots of it'll be within 10 working days it's over 2months of not been delivered. Ask for cancellation the reply is it'll be sent in two days. No thank you, refund please. No refund sent would not answer messages/ phone calls after 4 weeks the bank was able to get my money back. But still not a word from them.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would, ordered table in chairs early oct 22 in time for Christmas, several phone call later and promises of delivery dates I am no nearer.
Called to day and promised call back, needless to say this didn't, have now opened PayPal dispute requesting my money back.
DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute rubbish and I can only echo the complaints of others here. I ordered on September 4th and I had to chase up the order around 5 times. No proactive communication from the company about continual delays. I was promised 3-4 weeks for delivery and 2 months later they were still unable to provide an estimated delivery date.

Absolutely horrendous experience with them and I am hoping that they can at least deliver a refund that I've requested.

Don't buy the Edinburgh single bed.
Bought a single bed from this company for £99. It's lasted less than 6 months. Just a rectangular frame, no support in the middle and the top was not much thicker than wallpaper. We added a wooden support in the centre but my 8yr old granddaughter went straight through the very flimsy top.
I have photographic evidence if required.
I definitely do not recommend this company.

Do not use this firm. Still awaiting furniture several weeks after due date and they still can’t confirm when delivery will actually take place. All items were in stock at the time of order with a delivery date of between 2/4 weeks. Despite chasing this up they still cannot give me a date for delivery.

Refunds not forthcoming
On previous orders I haven’t had an issue with this company. However on my latest order they allowed me to order a product that has been discontinued although still for sale on their website. 14 working days later I am still awaiting my refund even though they had to cancel my order not the other way around. No justification for keeping a customers money for this long because you couldn’t fulfil their order!

Hell on earth
It took months of to-ing and from-ing and being ignored / insulted / called a liar / given wrong products over and over again. In the end it took an application to the courts to resolve the issue. I would avoid this company like the plague. Quality of the products was extremely poor. This is my number 1 company from hell. Please please avoid buying ANYTHING from them.

Very poor customer service
I ordered the Paris metal bed frame frame from Francis Hunt at the beginning of July. It was going to be a gift for my youngest daughter at the end of July. After 2 weeks of not receiving any updates on the bed, I called to find out when I would receive the bed frame. The person I spoke to said I’d “probably” get the bed within 2 weeks and was unable to give any confidence or clarity that I would get the bed in times for my daughters birthday. Very poor customer service!

Lovely Daybed. Very pleased.
Ordered a lovely daybed from this company. It arrived 4 weeks later as expected (delivery between 2-4 weeks). I paid for the White Glove Service and I’m so glad I did. The delivery guy was very pleasant and he had the bed assembled within an hour. I certainly couldn’t have done this myself so it was an extra well worth paying for. Very pleased with new bed. It looks lovely and it’s very comfortable. ?

Messed up delivery.
I ordered 2x wardrobes on 06 February and paid £70 for the express delivery. On 20 February (14 days later) only 1 of the wardrobes was delivered and the 2nd wardrobe was delivered on 25 February (19 days from the date I paid). Still waiting for a refund of express delivery fee. They did apologise, however, hopefully I will get my money back. I'm happy with the wardrobes. Value for money.

Refund nightmare
Ordered sofa paid express delivery 2 days item out of stock so asked for a refund in December. After calls emails promises I was told they had made refund to my account on 15th jan2019 I've just rang again now 23rd still not in my account. I've had to say I'm taking legal action today if I don't get a refund. Discussing they managed to process taking my money in 1 day!
